The lake view from my room was breathtaking, making it perfect for relaxation. The cozy ambience of the room was inviting, enhancing the chalet experience. I appreciated that the hotel allowed dogs, as it made traveling with my elderly pet more manageable.
The service quality was not up to standard.

The breathtaking view of Lake Brienz from my room was absolutely captivating! 🌅 The squeaky wooden floors added a charming touch but made it a bit noisy when moving around.

The breathtaking views of Lake Brienz from my room were truly mesmerizing, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The stunning lake views from the rooms create a breathtaking backdrop, especially from the balconies overlooking the mountains. The rustic chalet atmosphere adds a cozy charm, making it feel like a true alpine escape.
The mentioned lack of air conditioning can make for a steamy night, especially during warmer months. The absence of in-room modern amenities and the older furnishings might appeal less to those used to contemporary comforts. the kitchen's limited operating hours mean late-night hunger could lead to a trek through Iseltwald for food, adding a bit of hassle to your evening plans.

Breathtaking views of Lake Brienz greeted me every morning. I had the Standard Double Room with Lake View. The room combined rustic charm with a cozy atmosphere. The balcony provided a perfect spot for evening relaxation, soaking in the stunning scenery. The hotel’s breakfast was decent, featuring fresh fruits and good coffee, though it would have been nice to have more variety. I truly enjoyed the serene environment around the hotel—it felt like a peaceful retreat. the lack of a communal microwave was a bit inconvenient for warming up late-night snacks. I noticed the wooden floors squeaked, which could be distracting at night when moving around. The restaurant was closed on my stay, limiting evening dining options. The access to the third-floor room was a workout since there’s no elevator. Still, the unique charm of the place made up for some small inconveniences.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room with Lake View. The room was charming, with a cozy Swiss chalet vibe. The view of Lake Brienz was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing. The bedding was comfy too, making for a good night's sleep. Only downside was that the wooden floors squeaked a bit, which was a little annoying when moving around. But the warmth of the room and fresh fruit provided daily were nice touches.
